April 11–12 | Lori Wilson Park & the Cocoa Beach Shoreline

The 2026 Cocoa Beach Air Show lands on April 11th and 12th, and the headliner is the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.
What Is the Cocoa Beach Air Show?
This year's event is part of the Air Dot Show Tour — a national traveling airshow series — and rumor has it Cocoa Beach is its very first stop. Earth Day is an annual event celebrated on April 22nd that aims to raise awareness about environmental protection and sustainability. We are lucky enough to live on Florida's Space Coast and have plenty of opportunities to celebrate while enjoying the region's stunning natural resources!
One of the defining features of the Space Coast is, of course, its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. From surfing to fishing, there are countless ways to experience the ocean's beauty and appreciate its importance. You might consider organizing a beach cleanup or participating in a sea turtle nesting survey to help protect local marine life.
In addition to the ocean, the Space Coast is home to a number of other water features that offer unique opportunities to get outdoors and celebrate Earth Day. The Indian River Lagoon is the most diverse estuary in North America and a hotspot for kayaking and paddleboarding. You can explore the lagoon's mangrove forests and seagrass beds while keeping an eye out fo. ...

September is here and that means Fall is knocking at our door. This doesn't mean much for the weather here on the Space Coast, but we can still partake in the Autumn festivities! Personally, when I think of the Fall, my mind goes to coffee shops and yummy cinnamon drinks.
Here are five local coffee shops you should visit as the heat starts to settle down:
1. Apocalypse Coffee Roasters
Perhaps one of the most unique options in our area is Apocalypse Coffee! A family run business in Melbourne, their mission is to be “the last coffee you will ever need”. Their menu consists of Apocalypse themed drinks and meals. The specialty drinks change every month to keep things new, and September's options are perfect for a fall coffee run!
2. RiverRoad Coffee & Popsicles
RiverRoad is located in Cocoa and has two featured menu items: coffee AND popsicles. There is always something new to try, as they have so many specialty items on their menu. And they just released the; ...

The Space Coast area is filled with activities to do and sights to see. Our 237 days of sunshine allows for a wide range of activities that stand out from other states! Here we have the ocean, rivers, and so many different ways to experience Florida. But when people think of the Space Coast, they usually think of Nasa and the Kennedy Space Center. This area has a lot more to offer than rockets and space attractions!
Here are five activities on the Space Coast that are worth the experience:
The Zoo
