The Holidays are right around the corner! This season always seems to pass by super fast. It's important to get ahead of the curve and get things done early so you can actually enjoy the family gatherings.
Here are some tasks to throw on your to-do list this month to prepare your home:
Replace floor protectors on chairs
Don't let your holiday parties mean damage for your hardwood floors. Check the legs of your dining chairs, tables and barstools to see if their floor protecting pads need to be replaced. These can come as self-adhesive or nail-in. If you use self-adhesive, make sure to clean off the base of each foot and let it dry before applying it.
Check stairs and railings for safety
Holidays usually mean a lot of movement and gatherings in your home. Take a walk around your home's exterior and interior walkway and look for any repairs you may want to tend to. Pay special attention to walkways, stairs, floorboards and railings.

In Florida, the transition from summer to fall is a gradual one. The temperatures begin to cool down in October, and by November they're generally comfortable for spending time outdoors. Although we won't have colorful falling leaves like other places, we can still have fun decorating for it!
Let's look at some Fall décor trends that are taking place in 2022:
Transition your home into cozier colors like warm reds, oranges and browns. Choosing colors on the warmer side of the color palette will make your space seem cozier even if your A/C is still running. You can easily incorporate these by switching out throw pillows, blankets, candles or maybe a rug. If you want to make a bigger change, you can always repaint an accent wall or two.
Another great way to add pops of orange to your home is with flowers or other ...

The Real Estate Market has been hot for a while. Homes are selling quickly and for higher prices. Many people fear a crash or wonder about a shift. Many media outlets are also pushing these topics to the forefront. CNBC reported statistics such as homes in August sat on the market an average of five days longer than they did a year ago, or that listing prices are dropping thousands of dollars month to month.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind when consuming National Media. First, these are statistics that average together all US markets. Grouping together major cities like Seattle and LA with smaller areas like the Space Coast. Our housing markets are completely different! There is no way an average is an accurate representation of all Real Estate Markets in the US.
Second, these media sites give no context for the numbers. Comparing the numbers we find to previous years is what gives them value and meaning, and allows us to gain perspective on it2 ...
